Responsible AI Policy
AI systems we build handle real client data and make decisions that affect real businesses. This page states, plainly, how we handle that responsibility.
Your data is never used to train public models
Documents, workflows, and data you share with us are used only to build and operate your system. They are never used to train third-party or public AI models.
Canadian data residency by default
Wherever practical, we deploy on Canadian-region infrastructure and document where your data is processed, so you can answer that question if a client, insurer, or regulator asks.
Human oversight on consequential decisions
We design AI systems to support your team's judgment, not replace accountability. Where an AI output could meaningfully affect a customer or employee, we build in a human review step rather than fully automating the decision.
Honesty about limitations
If an AI system we're scoping is not a good fit for your problem, we say so — including in the AI Readiness Audit, which explicitly flags what is not worth automating.
